Set within centuries-old cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia, the experience unfolds in an atmosphere shaped by time, oak and stone — architecture and tradition that cannot be replicated in any restaurant or event space.
This is not a wine tasting with dinner attached. It is a privately produced evening where a dedicated chef, selected wines and live music converge in a setting that remains closed to the public.
Each course is paired with Ports and regional wines chosen specifically for the evening, while the cellar's ambient acoustics give the music an intimacy impossible to achieve elsewhere.
